Trees of Life Workshop Details.
"The workshop on June 23 will feature and highlight 3 trees of significance.
The Douglas Fir our super co-operator of the Boreal forest.
The Linden tree, Germany's most sought after pharmaceutical tree.
The Cottonwood, the superstar of replenishing.
From these three trees we will make 3 products that will be of value to ourselves and the animals around us. As we make these salves and specialty sprays we will hear the newest 2018 scientific discoveries from Suzanne Simard our foremost Canadian Scientist and protector of our Mother trees.
Our Format is as follows;
10 to 11. Introduction , explanation and history of the tree of life, the myths and mythologies relating to the concept of a sacred tree based in religious and philosophical traditions.
11 to 12 prepping the ingredients and general discussion.
12 to 1 lunch break and walk around the farm studying the trees of the farm.
1 to 4 pm. making the 2 salves and spray.
I promise everyone will come away from this workshop with a greater knowledge and understanding of how these trees provide an underground pathway of Mother Earth Intelligence. Never again will you look at a cottonwood tree as a pest."
